Entegris, Inc. in Bedford, MA is seeking a Final Inspector for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10 PM–6:30 AM). The role involves final electrical and vacuum testing, cleaning, and labeling of echucks and other coated products, with cross-training across teams to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing or quality testing, with ability to lift 40 lbs and work in a clean room. SAP/CamLine experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or quality testing experience.
• Able to work overtime when needed.
• Able to work around chemicals (IPA, acetone, FeCl, HCl).
• Fluency in English required for training.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety practices and wear PPE on the production floor.
• Operate vacuum and processing equipment.
• Set up and de-fixture parts for final testing.
• Inspect parts visually and with metrology tools, including CMM, per procedures.
• Perform final cleaning, packaging, and labeling per customer spec.
• Enter data in SPC and quality systems to maintain quality docs.
• Perform confirmations using SAP for work done.
• Maintain a clean work area per 6S activities.
• Support other departments and cross-train as needed.
• Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements.

Job Title: Final Inspector, Machine Operations, Mon-Fri, 10 pm to 6:30 am

Job Description: The Role: Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a Final Inspector to join our team. This will be on 3rd Shift (Monday thru Friday 10PM to 630AM) and will be working with other team players in our ESC operations group. This role will involve final electrical and vacuuming testing, cleaning, and packaging of echucks and other coated products. This role should be willing to cross train and support other work areas to support business needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow safety best practices and always wear PPE on the production floor.
• Operate vacuum and other processing equipment.
• Set up (fixture) and de-fixture parts for final testing.
• Inspect parts visually and with metrology tools, including CMM, according to quality procedures.
• Perform final part cleaning, packaging, and labelling according to customer specification
• Perform periodic tool refresh and basic equipment maintenance tasks per run schedules.
• Enter all data in SPC and quality systems to ensure that quality documentation is maintained accurately
• Perform confirmations using SAP for work done
• Maintain a clean work environment following all Entegris 6S activities.
• Follow production priorities and perform tasks according to the priorities.
• Actively participate in shift pass downs for communication regarding safety, quality and production priorities
• Follow work instructions and fill out work orders and other documentation as required.
• Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements when applicable.
• Adhere and promote Entegris PACE Values.

What We Seek:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 1yr manufacturing or quality testing experience (Machine operation, a plus)
• Able to work Overtime when needed.
• Able to work around chemicals (including but not limited to IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCL)
• Fluency in English is required for training purposes
• Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift
• Ability to work in clean room
• Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus)
• Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments
• Able to train on 1st shift for three months

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Machine operation experience
• Enthusiastic learner and continuous improvement mindset.
• Prior experience operating CMM
