Entegris, Inc. in Bedford, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for 3rd shift (10 pm–6:30 am) to join our ESC operations. You will assist with assembly, vacuum processing, and wet etch operations to build echucks and coated products.

The role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and fluency in English for training. You will use SAP and CamLine, perform inspections, and participate in 6S and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Able to work 3rd shifts and overtime including weekends when needed.
• Able to work around chemicals (including IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCl); fluency in English for training; able to lift 40 lbs and stand most of shift.
• Computer skills with SAP/CamLine are a plus and willingness to cross-train in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety best practices and always wear PPE on the production floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment following Entegris 6S activities.
• Follow production priorities and perform tasks according to the priorities.
• Perform confirmations using SAP for work done and enter inspection and other production data in CamLine.
• Actively participate in shift passdowns for communication regarding safety, quality and production priorities.
• Follow work instructions and fill out work orders and other documentation as required.
• Perform part assembly and wet etch operations.
• Operate vacuum and other processing equipment.
• Set up (fixture) and de-fixture parts for vacuum and processing equipment.
• Inspect parts visually and with metrology tools according to quality procedures.
• Perform periodic tool refresh and basic equipment maintenance tasks per run schedules.
• Clean fixtures and parts as needed.
• Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements when applicable.
• Adhere and promote Entegris PACE Values.

Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a manufacturing Technician to join our team. This will be on 3rd Shift and will be working with other team players in our ESC operations group. What We Seek

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required Minimum of 1yr manufacturing experience (Machine operation, a plus) Able to work 3rd Shifts and Overtime including weekends when needed.

Able to work around chemicals (including but not limited to IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCL) Fluency in English is required for training purposes Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift Ability to work in clean room Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus) Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

Machine operation experience Able to train on 1st or 2nd shift for three months Enthusiastic learner and continuous improvement mindset.
