Job summary

Montana Precision Products is seeking a detail-oriented inspector to perform final finishing on cast metal parts. Training will be provided, and you will follow blueprints and specifications to ensure dimensional accuracy.

The role includes operating grinders and grit blast equipment, inspecting surfaces with Magna Mic, and recording data on travelers. Weekend shifts carry a 10% differential, with additional overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, charts and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand required.

Responsibilities

• Operate stationary and hand-held grinders and grit blast cabinets.
• Follow written instructions, blueprints and photos to finish cast parts.
• Polish casting surfaces to remove roughness and defects to tolerance.
