Position Description

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• With the use of solvents and tools, customize and repair furniture
• Brush, spray, or hand-rub finished ingredients such as paint, oil, or wax onto and into wood grain
• Disassemble items to prepare them for finishing, using hand grinders, sanders, chisels, steel wool, pumice, and sandpaper
• Apply stains, top coats or varnish, shellac, lacquer, stain, and wood sealants for furniture

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Up to 1 year of experience using hand and power tools through formal or job-related training

Physical Demands

Salary and Working Hours

Compensation: $17.40 - $23.25 per hour. Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt team members. Reimbursement for expenses is provided as required by applicable law and company policy. Retail, guest services and distribution center team members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPIs.
