Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of electronic and electromechanical products and subassemblies.
• Follow drawings, schematics, work instructions, and production procedures.
• Perform soldering and basic electrical/mechanical assembly.
• Set up and use test equipment to verify completed assemblies.
• Identify defects or nonconforming components and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Perform routine testing of circuits, components, and finished products.
• Document test results and completed production activities accurately.
• Maintain fixtures and assist with basic calibration and equipment maintenance.
• Follow established safety, quality, ESD, and manufacturing procedures.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues and meet production goals.

Position Overview

Seeking a hands-on Final Assembler to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and electromechanical products in a production environment. This position will work from technical documentation to complete assemblies while ensuring quality and performance standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of electronic and electromechanical products and subassemblies.
• Follow drawings, schematics, work instructions, and established production procedures.
• Perform soldering and basic electrical/mechanical assembly.
• Set up and use test equipment to verify completed assemblies.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education

Associate degree or technical training in Electronics or a related discipline preferred. Relevant hands-on manufacturing experience may also be considered.
