Job summary

Red Dot Corporation is seeking a Production Operative for Final Assembly and Fabrication. The role focuses on brazing, assembly, and testing of heater cores, evaporators, and condensers under strict safety and quality standards.

You will read blueprints and SOPs, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules. A HS diploma or GED is required; prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform Final Assembly or Fabrication tasks; brazing to join metal parts per specifications.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to PPE and ventilation requirements.
• Interpreting work orders and blueprints to verify dimensions and materials.
