This full-time role involves attaching pre-upholstered arms and backs to pre-made frames to produce finished sleeper sofas, with long periods of standing, air ratchet use, and lifting in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include bed set matching with covers, applying correct labels, ensuring color-appropriate legs, verifying bed type and springs, and tightening bolts.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact collaboratively with others.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled.
• Skill in organizing and managing multiple tasks and projects.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting.
• Lifts products to 300 lbs using equipment.
• Works in a production environment and areas not climate-controlled.

Responsibilities

• Match the bed set with the upholstered cover.
• Ensure that the correct labels are placed.
• Make sure that the correct color legs are on the frame.
• Double-check the correct bed type.
• Ensure that the correct springs are placed.
• After assembling the bed, check that the bolts are tightened.
• Collaborate with Deluxers as required.
