We are currently looking to hire a Final Assembler for our Lititz, Pennsylvania facility. You will be responsible for building final products to print by placing all necessary wiring, wiring harnesses, circuit cards and other hardware components within a chassis.
What will you be responsible for?
- Manually and precisely assembling components into a final product by following work instructions and blueprints
- Fitting cable harnesses, circuit cards and components into a chassis neatly and within specifications
- Completing discreet wiring into a chassis by soldering and lugging
- Utilizing correct torqueing tools and applying the correct torque during assembly
- Mixing, weighing and applying appropriate bonding chemicals to electronic components
- Utilizing a computer to access and input data into our enterprise software, quality systems and manufacturing software
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Exceptional fine manual dexterity
- Ability to operate various hand tools
- High attention to detail
- Soldering skills preferred, but not required as we will provide training
- Must work well within a small team and be a team player
- Patience for repetitive and routine work
What qualifications are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent

Location / Hours / Environment
- Production environment
- Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 3:30pm. Every other Friday 6:00am-2:30pm with every other Friday off. Additional hours as needed to meet demand may also be required to provide support to operations.
- Primary location will be Lititz with occasional support in Lancaster as required
