American StaffCorp is seeking a Finning Operator for day shifts in Claremore, OK. The role focuses on setting up, running, and maintaining finning machinery to produce metal fins for heat exchangers, radiators, or HVAC units.

You will work under supervision to ensure proper material feeding, monitor machine metrics, and perform basic quality checks. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of machine operation experience in heavy manufacturing, can read calipers and micrometers, and can lift 50–75 lbs.

• Prior experience as a machine operator in heavy industrial manufacturing.

Mansioni

• Set up, adjust, and safely operate finning/fin press machinery to meet production goals.
• Load metal coils or raw stock into the machinery and unload finished components.
• Visually inspect fins for defects, check dimensions and alignment against blueprints.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance like cleaning, lubrication, and fluid checks.
• Monitor gauges and report major faults to maintenance or supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow PPE & OSHA standards.
