Job summary

Enerstaff is hiring a Filter Technician in Houston for a temp-to-hire role. You will inspect, install, maintain, and replace filtration components across HVAC systems and related equipment. Daily shop meetings precede field service with crews throughout the Houston area.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC filtration experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and follow all safety regulations. Background and drug screens are required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting filtration components in HVAC systems or related environments.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, maintain, and replace filtration components in HVAC systems, industrial equipment, or water treatment plants.
• Meet at shop daily and travel with crew on service calls in the greater Houston area.
• Pull, cut, and load filters for replacement.
• Change air filters in A/C units and ceiling grilles, including rooftop units.
