Job summary

ITW Medical seeks a Product Manager for Filtration to drive strategy, roadmaps and launches for surgical, infusion and diagnostic filtration solutions in Illinois (Hebron or Glenview). You will partner with engineering and marketing to translate clinical and market needs into compelling value propositions.

Requires 3+ years in product management or related fields, a Bachelor’s in Business/Engineering, MBA preferred, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years progressive experience in Product Management, Marketing or Engineering.
• Experience with data-driven business cases and senior leadership presentations.
• Strong strategic thinking linking clinical, regulatory and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in surgical, infusion, bioprocessing and diagnostic filtration segments.
• Lead customer discovery and translate findings into product requirements.
• Own universal product roadmaps and justify line enhancements.
• Lead launches with quantified value propositions and sales tools.
• Develop IP strategies for universal products with legal input.
• Build relationships with OEMs, suppliers and standards bodies.
• Ensure product compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Guide cross-functional teams through APQP stage-gate processes.
