Qualifications

• Experience handling fiberglass materials in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented assembly work.
• Experience with fast-paced packaging and production environments.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and accuracy on repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a warm environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble filter components by layering materials on a rotating table.
• Operate foot-controlled equipment in the assembly process.
• Ensure filters are stapled and secured during operation.
• Remove completed filters for packaging.
• Stack, count, and package products for shipment.
• Rotate between assembly, packing, and material handling tasks.
• Support other areas including press operations and cutting machines.
• Inspect products for quality while meeting production goals.
