Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an assembler to produce a range of filters, including assembling tubes, caps, gaskets and related components. The role runs on a Monday–Friday early shift, with potential Saturday work. The site offers a climate-controlled facility, benefits from day one, and a performance‑based incentive plan.

A high school diploma is required, manufacturing experience preferred. You will read blueprints, measure parts, and use basic computer tools for orders and inventory, while

Qualifications

• Have the skill to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications and accurately use measuring instruments.
• Have knowledge of basic math (Perform arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals to measure, record, and report production and quality data).
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members to resolve issues, prioritize tasks, and work towards continuous production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various types of filters and component parts to production specifications.
• Perform assigned production processes including spinning; applying adhesive and/or plastisol to products or components; cutting media, wrap, or other materials; complete spot welding, debossing, and seaming on filters or components; minor filter repair; and packing and inspecting finished products.
• Use basic computer functions for daily orders and inventory adjustments.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly inventories, as needed.
• Complete first‑piece and in‑process inspections; secure supervisor and/or quality assistance to correct defects or deficiencies as they occur.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
• Actively participates in department problem solving, lean events and high-performance teams.
• Participate in 5S and maintain a clean, safe work area.
