Job summary

National Pool Partners seeks a dependable Service Technician to deliver recurring filter cleaning services across client sites in the Scottsdale area. You will follow established schedules, clean and inspect filtration systems, document work in our field software, and maintain equipment and vehicle readiness for daily routes.

Strong safety awareness, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work are required; pool filtration knowledge and prior service

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring filter cleaning services according to established schedules and company service standards.
• Thoroughly clean, inspect, and reassemble filtration systems to ensure proper operation and equipment performance.
• Maintain route efficiency and ensure scheduled customer services are completed on time.
• Accurately document completed services, equipment conditions, and customer needs within company software systems.
• Identify and communicate repair, maintenance, or service opportunities to management.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, chemicals, and inventory required to perform daily service activities.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and weekly truck inspections while reporting maintenance concerns promptly.
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers during each service visit.
