Job summary

Falls Filtration Technologies seeks dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble filtration products and components per work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, enjoys hands-on work, and can maintain accuracy while meeting production goals. Responsibilities include following orders, using hand and power tools, inspecting finished products, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Assemble filtration products according to specifications and work instructions.
• Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for assembly.
• Inspect materials and finished assemblies for defects, damage, or incorrect components.
• Verify that completed products meet quality and workmanship standards.
• Accurately complete production paperwork and report completed work.
• Identify and report material shortages, damaged parts, or production issues.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation.
• Follow company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors, quality personnel, and other production employees.
• Meet established production schedules while maintaining quality.
• Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.
