Job summary

The University System of Georgia's Georgia Film Academy seeks an Internship and Alumni Coordinator to liaise with the film unit, students, alumni, unions, and industry partners. You will develop and manage internship programs, build industry partnerships, and coordinate with campuses across the state to meet workforce goals.

Key duties include internship program management, student placement, alumni relations, communications and events, mentorship initiatives, and tracking graduate employment

Qualifications

• Associates degree is required.
• More than three years of clerical or administrative work in an office environment required.
• Preferred: bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or film studies.

Responsibilities

• Workforce development and industry relations: build and maintain industry partnerships creating career pathways for students and graduates.
• Internship program management: oversee development and implementation of internships across campuses.
• Alumni and current student relations and engagement: build and maintain an active statewide alumni network and organize events.
