Job summary

Lifecore Biomedical is seeking a Filling Technician for the weekend shift in Chaska, MN. You will operate syringe and vial filling equipment in a aseptic class 100 cleanroom, following SOPs and maintaining batch records.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of regulated manufacturing experience, and the ability to stand for long periods. Schedule: Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:30pm, 36 hours paid as 40. Starting pay: $25.50/hour with $1.25/hour shift premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience in a regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes at all times.
• Willingness to be flexible with a work schedule that may require overtime.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Ability to stand for the majority of your shift.
• Post-secondary science/technical training, along with cleanroom/manufacturing experience in a regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the process flow to fill syringes and vials and communicate any processing variations to the supervisor.
• Understand and adhere to assigned standard operating procedures.
• Operate the WFI heat exchangers.
• Qualify to gown to enter a class 100 cleanroom.
• Complete batch records as processing steps occur.
