Job summary

Lifecore Biomedical, LLC is hiring a Filling Technician in Minnesota for a full-time role in an aseptic class 100 cleanroom. You will operate syringe and vial filling equipment, follow SOPs, and communicate variations to supervision.

The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm with starting pay of $25.50/hour. We offer a robust total rewards package including multiple medical plans with HSA, PTO, holidays, family leave, tuition reimbursement, a 401k with company match, and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience in a regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes at all times.
• Willingness to be flexible with a work schedule that may require overtime.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Post-secondary science and/or technical training, along with cleanroom and/or manufacturing experience in a regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the process flow to fill syringes and vials and communicate any processing variations to the supervisor.
• Understand and adhere to assigned standard operating procedures.
• Operate the WFI heat exchangers.
• Qualify to gown to enter a class 100 cleanroom.
• Use aseptic technique.
• Complete batch records as processing steps occur.
