Job summary

Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. is hiring a Filling Technician in Chaska, MN. You will work in a class 100 cleanroom to operate syringe and vial filling equipment and ensure compliance with SOPs during your shift.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of regulated manufacturing experience. The schedule is Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm with starting pay of $25.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience in a regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes at all times.
• Willingness to be flexible with a work schedule that may require overtime.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Ability to stand for the majority of your shift.
• Post-secondary science and/or technical training, along with cleanroom and/or manufacturing experience in a regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the process flow to fill syringes and vials and communicate any processing variations to the supervisor.
• Understand and adhere to assigned standard operating procedures.
• Operate the WFI heat exchangers.
• Qualify to gown to enter a class 100 cleanroom.
• Complete batch records as processing steps occur.
