Job Description:

The Filling Operator cleans and operates factory equipment, downfills essential oils and other products, works on an assembly line, puts together and inspects products, and adheres to all factory safety guidelines and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Downfill essential oils and other products.
• Follow health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
• Assemble products and parts.
• Follow job reports, production guidelines and specifications.
• Finalize and package products for shipment.
• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment.
• Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience, required.
• Previous filling operator experience/downfill experience, preferred.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand up 8+ hours a day and lift up to 55 Lbs. as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM +/-.

Pay Rate: $14.50 - $16.00/HR dependent upon experience.
