Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA in Town of Grand Island, NY is seeking a Filling Machine Operator for a 4th shift (6:00 AM–6:30 PM, Saturday/Sunday plus one weekday). You will run high-speed filling lines in a clean room, perform setup, cleaning, minor maintenance, and changeovers using aseptic techniques and SOPs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and English proficiency.

• Experience in medical, food, or other cGMP production environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed filling equipment in a clean room and temperature-controlled environment.
• Perform cleaning, setup, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdowns with aseptic technique.
• Follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• 4th Shift is 6 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturday/Sunday + 1 Weekday assigned by supervisor
• Hourly Range: $21.50 – 23.88/hr
• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Our Filling Machine Operators are responsible for running high-speed computerized filling equipment in a clean room and temperature controlled manufacturing environment. They conduct cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdown of filling lines using proper aseptic technique, and strictly follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.

• Wear clean room safety equipment/apparel and maintain safe work environment
