Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Grand Island, NY is seeking a dedicated Filling Machine Operator for 3rd shift to run high-speed filling equipment in a clean room environment.

You will perform setup, cleaning, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdowns following aseptic techniques and SOPs, while documenting actions and adhering to strict safety and quality standards. The role requires English proficiency and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high.
• Experience in cgmp production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed filling equipment in a clean room and temperature-controlled environment.
• Perform cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers and breakdowns of filling lines using aseptic technique.
• Follow SOPs and documentation requirements.

• 3rd Shift is 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday nights
• Hourly Range: $21.50 - 23.50
• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Our Filling Machine Operators are responsible for running high-speed computerized filling equipment in a clean room and temperature controlled manufacturing environment. They conduct cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdown of filling lines using proper aseptic technique, and strictly follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Medical, food, or other cGMP production environment experience strongly preferred
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high
• Adhere to and stay current on all training requirements
• Wear clean room safety equipment/apparel and maintain safe work environment
• The Company's primary business language is English.
