Simmons Animal Nutrition, Inc is seeking a Production Line Operator for the Emporia, KS facility. The role involves running can line changes, verifying batch conformance, and maintaining clean, safe work practices on the production floor.

Responsibilities include monitoring pouch/seamer operations, recording data, and performing weekly sanitation. Prior experience in manufacturing and English communication are required; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills, reading, and writing are required.
• Excellent communication in English is necessary.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow GMP guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Run machine and perform changeovers per schedule.
• Verify pouches or lids meet batch sheet and feed to seamer.
• Monitor and record pouch or can information.
• Run QC inspector samples for seam tear down and record results.
• Verify proper product amounts and adjust weights per QC instructions.
• Keep work area clean during downtime and changeovers.
• Perform weekly sanitation.
• Participate in team meetings and support organizational policies.
