Job summary

Blount Fine Foods, a family-owned manufacturer of premium fresh prepared foods, is seeking a 1st shift machine operator in Fall River, MA.

Responsibilities include following recipes and HACCP steps, operating multiple inline processing equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. Requires a high school diploma; bilingual Spanish a plus; 1 year of machine operating experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Communication within department and teamwork are important.
• Experience with machine operation in manufacturing is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipe and HACCP steps to ensure correct completion of all recipes to pre-determined standards.
• Communicate effectively within department to ensure most efficient and productive processing possible.
• Final in-line work and responsibility on all recipes being produced.
• Ability to learn, operate and adjust multiple in-line pieces of processing equipment. Large volume kettles, chiller machines, filler machines.
• Ability to multi task multiple recipes and steps at the same time; working organized and clean.
