Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to support daily production at its Murfreesboro, TN facility. You will operate and maintain assigned equipment, ensure safety, and help meet daily orders while adhering to quality and food safety standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow standard work instructions. Overtime may be required as needed to maintain production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective written communication and legible handwriting.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the assigned machine and related equipment to meet daily orders.
• Complete safety observations when assigned.
• Read and follow standard work for the assigned machine.
• Follow all standard work processes.
• Verify proper components at the work station before beginning a job.
• Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Participate in Total Process Control activities.
• Work around ingredients and/or finished products that may contain allergens.
• Produce safe, quality foods meeting regulatory and company requirements.
• Adhere to Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.
• Maintain reliable attendance, including overtime as needed.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and legibly.
