Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Effective written communication skills, including legibility.
• Basic math skills for calculations and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and safely operate and maintain the assigned machine to ensure daily orders are met.
• Follow all safety procedures including wearing required PPE.
• Read and follow standard work for the assigned machine.
• Monitor product quality and ensure standards are met or exceeded.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and good attendance.
• Participate in Total Process Control activities and adhere to food safety policies.
• Work around ingredients and/or finished products that may contain allergens.
