Job summary

HP Hood LLC is seeking a production operator in Agawam, MA to operate and clean filling equipment, meet safety and quality standards, and support cross-training efforts. The role runs 1:00pm–9:30pm, Monday through Saturday with emphasis on efficient, compliant production and teamwork.

• Participate in cross-training to maximize departmental efficiency.
• Maintain weights, codes, packaging, temperature levels and sanitizing to ensure quality products.
• Work in a cooperative manner with managers, supervisors and peers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Under direction of the Production Supervisor and/or Production Manager, will follow all established procedures and policies, while producing a product that meets or exceeds available standards while prioritizing safety, quality and efficiency to meet the goals of the company.

Shift:

1:00pm - 9:30pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks and functions related to operating and cleaning filling equipment.
• Operate and clean multiple high speed filling machines in a sanitary, efficient, and effective manner.
• Complete paperwork as per government regulations and HP Hood requirements.
• Safely operate all assigned equipment following JHA requirements.

Job Qualifications

The pay range for this position is
