Job summary

Staffmark Group in Alexandria, MN is seeking a Filler Operator. The role involves setting up and operating filler machines, performing quality checks, and maintaining FDA-compliant records. Overnights are 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a pay rate of $28 per hour.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of mechanical experience, and comfort with computers. Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and work around allergens is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, CIP, and monitor filler machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and communicate issues to Maintenance/Management.
• Conduct quality checks (weight, sterility, package integrity, etc.).
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with FDA standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Support team members and relieve during breaks as needed.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and audit-ready.

Production Line Ready
