Job summary

Fenix Group SPC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a full-time Production Associate to assemble and fill cartridges of coating products using automated machinery in a safe, process-driven environment.

You will work Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with a half-hour lunch and two paid breaks daily, enjoying a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, an HSA with company match, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off & holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs

• Previous production or manufacturing experience

• Operate forklift to transport materials and communicate order status
• Follow company processes for handling and disposition of materials and maintain cartridge inventory
• Assist labeling/packaging department as time permits

A Day in the Life of a Cartridge Filler

You will spend most of your day assembling and filing cartridges utilizing automated machinery. In addition, you may use a forklift to transport materials; communicate the status of orders; follow company processes for handling and disposition of materials, and keeping cartridge inventory count. You may also assist our labeling/packaging department as time permits.

What You’ll Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC

At a minimum, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years of age
• To be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Work Schedule
