Job summary

Fenix Group SPC in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Production Associate to read order tickets and mix batches of paints and coatings. You will operate mixing equipment, verify quality, and work within established processes to meet production standards.

You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bring a positive can-do attitude, and be willing to learn. Prior production experience is a plus, and on-site training is provided.

A Day in the Life of a Production Associate

You’ll spend your day producing batches of coatings products by reading order tickets, locating raw materials, and operating mixing equipment while meeting company standards for quality.

What You Will Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC

• To be able to move and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A passionate and positive “can do” attitude and willingness to learn. We train our Production Associates onsite on our processes and procedures.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday 1:30pm-12:00am with a half hour lunch, plus two paid breaks daily.
