Prismhr Hire is seeking a Fill Plant Support to operate under the Fill Plant Manager, executing fill plant support services per guidelines. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will fill cylinders, verify retest dates, provide internal customer support, maintain paperwork and certifications, and help minimize waste while keeping inventory aligned with plant needs.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent, preferred.
• 1-2 years of industry experience, preferred.
• Experience working with high pressure cylinders, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Filling cylinders and verifying retest dates.
• Internal customer support and training additional team members as needed.
• Maintain required paperwork and certifications.
• Monitor internal customer requests and order fulfillment.
• Lead by example and provide job training for new team members.
• Directly report issues to the fill plant manager to ensure safety.
