Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Dependability and strong organization are essential.
• Clear written and verbal communication is needed.
• Ability to work cooperatively on a team.
• A sharp eye for detail and label defect detection is required.
• Read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Experience with filling, torque, or labeling equipment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vials, caps, and labels for defects and rack vials.
• Set up, operate, and adjust filling and torque machines.
• Verify and document fill volumes and cap torque.
• Complete labeling operations and verify vial counts.
• Sign off on line clearance at start and end of operations.
• Maintain accurate filling and labeling documentation.
• Handle samples and documentation during filling operations.
• Follow aseptic procedures and maintain clean work areas.
• Adhere to FDA and ISO regulations and report process issues to management.
