Job Title: FileNet Systems Administrator
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Duration: 06+ Months Contract

Required Experience:

• 1) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or other related field.
• 2) Two – Five (2-5) years of programming/systems analysis experience.
• 3) Knowledge of Operating systems (Microsoft and Linux).
• 4) Knowledge of Azure Administration.
• 5) Relational database experience with Oracle, or SQL Server.
• 6) Understanding of N-Tier Architecture.
• 7) Experience with large infrastructure systems.
• 8) Understanding of Agile Development Methodology.

Job Description:

• 1) Responsible for the analysis, development, modification, installation, testing and maintenance of operating systems software.
• 2) Evaluate vendor supplied software packages and makes recommendations to IT management.
• 3) Manages Oracle and MS SQL server environments.
• 4) Provide systems administration of Microsoft servers.
• 5) Analyze system logs, identify potential issues with production application and able to handle war room situation.
• 6) Perform IBM FileNet performance tuning and work with IBM customer support to troubleshoot production issues.
• 8) Administration of FileNet P8, Content Management, and PE.
• 9) Manage OpenText RightFax environment for receiving faxes.
• 10) Manage QAS environment for address validation and troubleshoot production issues.
• 11) Support Central document intake users by troubleshooting imaging software (i.e.: DataCap, etc.) issues.
• 12) Monitor application interfaces and troubleshoot Globalscape issues.
• 13) Provide support to UC4 users and troubleshoot batch failure issues.
• 14) Upgrade Brava client and provide support to Brava users.
• 15) Monitor Blazon servers and work with support to resolve production issues.
• 16) Manage session ScaleOut server cluster software.
• 17) Provide support to production HP suite environment (HP Diagnostics, ALM, Sitescope, Performance Center and BSM).
• 18) Manage SAP Suite like Business Web Intelligence environment, Business Objects Data Services Professional and SAP Business Objects Enterprise Premium.
• 19) Monitor Antivirus infrastructure and schedule periodic server security software updates.
• 20) Setup virtual servers, pools, nodes and troubleshoot production issues.
• 21) Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.22) Work in a team environment.
• 23) Manage multiple tasks and small projects as well as service requests and incident resolution.
• 24) Plan and manage the Server and Storage Virtualization, setup /configure servers, create storage pools, and manage Azure storage options.
• 25) Hands-on development and release experience in Application Build Management /DevOps using TFS and Azure Devops.
• 26) Automate our operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements.
• 27) Provide support for deployment and post go-live.
• 28) Install and prepare technical documentation for system and software applications.
• 30) Provide 24/7 on-call support including weekend on-call support.
