Qualifications

• Experience with IBM FileNet P8 and Datacap in production environments.
• Proficient in Java and Python.
• Familiar with Unix/Linux/Windows environments and Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IBM FileNet P8 and Datacap environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to document management and content capture systems.
• Work with ICN, IBM Content Navigator, WebSphere Liberty, and Oracle databases.
• Perform application monitoring, incident management, and batch support activities.
• Develop and support automation/scripts using Java and Python.
• Support applications across Unix/Linux/Windows environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
