Job summary

Responsibilities

• • Analyze designs and determine coding, programming, and integration activities for assigned features such as layout evolution, OST striping policies, and data tiering
• • Write and execute testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned storage subsystems
• • Identify, debug, and solve direct I/O call stacks, VFS bottlenecks, and kernel panics
• • Collaborate with software systems engineers and internal partners to develop reliable, high-performance storage solutions for HPC and AI workloads
• • Communicate software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution to management and internal development partners
• • Contribute technically to storage software engineering across phases of enterprise storage architecture projects
• • Provide guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor less-experienced staff members

Requirements

• Knowledge of software systems testing methodology, including performance profiling and debugging using tracing tools such as strace and perf
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery in English and local language
