Albertsons Companies in Flower Mound, TX is hiring a File Maintenance Supervisor to lead pricing, signing, item maintenance and inventory accuracy. You will ensure price integrity, execute promotions, and maintain compliant store systems while guiding a team of File Maintenance associates.

Position Purpose

• The File Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all pricing, signing, item maintenance, and inventory accuracy functions within the store. This position ensures price integrity, promotional execution, regulatory compliance, and operational accuracy while providing leadership and direction to File Maintenance associates. The File Maintenance Supervisor works closely with store leadership and department managers to maintain accurate store systems and deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Department Operations

• Oversee the daily operations of the File Maintenance Department.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of price changes, promotions, markdowns, and updates.
• Maintain pricing accuracy throughout the store.
• Coordinate the creation, distribution, and placement of shelf tags, signs, and promotional materials.
• Verify that store systems accurately reflect current pricing and product information.

Leadership & Team Development

• Supervise, train, and develop File Maintenance associates.
• Assign daily responsibilities and monitor workload completion.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to department associates.
• Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and associate development initiatives.

Pricing & Item Maintenance

• Ensure all item additions, deletions, and modifications are processed accurately.
• Maintain item records, UPC data, and pricing files within company systems.
• Verify promotional pricing and advertisement execution.
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company price integrity standards.

Store Support & Customer Service

• Partner with department managers to ensure accurate pricing and signing throughout the store.
• Respond to customer concerns related to pricing and signage.
• Assist store leadership with operational projects and initiatives.
• Communicate pricing updates and procedural changes to store teams.
• Support store readiness for promotions, seasonal programs, and special events.

Inventory Accuracy & Compliance

• Support inventory management efforts through accurate item maintenance practices.
• Assist with store inventory preparation and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to pricing accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and records as required.
• Support operational audits and corrective action plans.

Technology & Systems Management

• Operate and troubleshoot pricing, inventory, and scanning systems.
• Ensure handheld devices, printers, and department equipment remain functional.
• Coordinate system updates and resolve data integrity issues when identified.
• Work with internal support teams to address technical concerns impacting department operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and systems.

Financial Performance

• Support store profitability through accurate pricing and promotional execution.
• Help minimize pricing errors, compliance risks, and operational inefficiencies.
• Monitor department productivity and workload effectiveness.
• Support shrink reduction through accurate item and inventory maintenance.
• Contribute to operational excellence initiatives that improve store performance.
