Job Summary

This role involves uploading digital files and data, organizing and archiving records and documents, making copies of paperwork, distributing materials, retrieving data and files for other departments, and organizing paper and electronic records using alphabetical and numerical systems. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Organize and manage the EHS child and family filing system both digitally and in hard copy.
  2. Input child and family services data into the ChildPlus data system.
  3. Upload and attach child and family services documents to the ChildPlus system.
  4. Label and update paper files for newly enrolled children and families.
  5. Provide administrative support such as typing, faxing, scanning, shredding, and compiling materials.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Outputs

Administrative support and overall management of the child and family filing system.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements

High school diploma required, preferably with a focus on administrative services.

Skills & Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within an office setting.
  • Knowledge of office operations, management principles, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional communication with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle challenging communications with tact and flexibility.
Work Environment

Standard office setting with extended periods at the workstation and use of office equipment.

Work Schedule

Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Temp position for 90 days.

Physical Demands

Sitting at an office desk, mobility around the office, bending, and routinely moving supplies and equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
