Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA, to facilitate integrated training for U.S. and allied aircrews in distributed mission scenarios using CES, NGTS and MACE.

Your role will bridge DoD training needs with live and virtual environments. This position requires an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, a Bachelor’s degree with applicable experience (or higher degrees), and a proven record as a fighter aviator.

Qualifications

• Active Secret DoD clearance required (ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR).
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years as a fighter aviator, or Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with specified aircraft (F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35).
• Knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.

Responsibilities

• Support daily CAF DTC LFEs and Small Team events: scheduling, mission planning, briefing, execution, debriefing.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences to translate unit training needs into missions.
• Provide consulting on training and doctrine with scenario development, after-action reviews, and data analysis.
