Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot/WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate training, role‑play fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations, and develop JSE distribution for the DMO Network.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, plus extensive fighter aviation experience and university degrees. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator.
• Master’s degree with 7 years’ experience.
• PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with aircraft such as F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and small team events.
• Use NGTS to support the development and testing of JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and plan integration of unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine.
