and allied aircrews by role-playing fighters in Distributed Mission Operations, using CES, NGTS, and MACE. You’ll stay current on threats and tactics by reviewing manuals and bulletins. The role requires an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, plus a Bachelor’s with 9 years’ fighter aviation experience (or a Master’s with 7 years,

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with listed aircraft experience (F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35).

Responsabilités

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing Large Force Exercises and Small Team events.
• Attend exercise planning conferences (e.g. RED FLAG) and incorporate requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting on military training and doctrine, including scenario development, after action reviews, and data analysis.
