The Fieldwork Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Identifying and onboarding Cooperating Teachers for Multiple Subject, PK-3, and Bilingual Authorization
• Matching teacher candidates with cooperating teachers and maintaining accurate placement records
• Providing training for cooperating teachers in accordance with CTC standards
• Coordinating the process for onboarding and supporting intern teachers enrolled in the credential program
• Providing training and oversight for student teaching supervisors
• Maintaining records of student teaching supervision evaluation, in accordance with accreditation requirements
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with partner school districts
• Ensuring that the department meets CTC clinical practice standards for the Multiple Subject, PK-3 Early Childhood Specialist Instruction, and Bilingual authorization credentials
