Job summary

The Baltimore Ravens are seeking a Grounds Intern for Summer 2026 at the Fields Training Facility in Owings Mills, MD to support day-to-day maintenance of practice fields and the Ravens’ home venue. This is a high-pace, hands-on role working alongside the Fields & Grounds team during the summer training camp.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mowing, irrigation use and repair, fertilizing, painting, tarping, artificial turf maintenance, and shop/equipment maintenance at the Under Armour Performance Center/M&T Bank Stadium.
• Assist in aerification, topdressing, overseeding, sodding, and field cover use at the Under Armour Performance Center/M&T Bank Stadium.
• Support maintenance of the fields and landscape at the Under Armour Performance Center.
• Provide day-to-day support of NFL football practice operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Reports To: Director, Fields & Grounds UAPC

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Baltimore Ravens are hiring a highly motivated summer groundskeeper to assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the fields and grounds at the Under Armour Performance Center. This role will also support the Fields and Grounds crew, when needed, at the Ravens home field at M&T Bank Stadium.

Duration: 40+ hours a week during the Baltimore Ravens Summer Training Camp

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the mowing, irrigation use and repair, fertilizing, painting, tarping, artificial turf maintenance, and shop/equipment maintenance at the Under Armour Performance Center/M&T Bank Stadium.
• Assist in the implementation of aerification, topdressing, overseeding, sodding, and the use of field covers at the Under Armour Performance Center/M&T Bank Stadium.

EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Prior education and/or experience related to turf grass management is required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., work on feet for an extended period of time, and work in any kind of climate including extreme weather conditions.
• Must be willing to work 40+ hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays during the duration of the role.
• Self-motivated, hardworking individual who has a passion for the profession as well as football.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond the tasks assigned.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery including mowers, tractors, forklifts, and skid steers.
• Must have the ability to interact well with others including other employees of the organization, media, and outside vendors.
