Job summary

Wi-Fiber Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Installation, Repair, and Tower Technician to install, repair, and troubleshoot fixed wireless, Wi-Fi, and fiber equipment at customer sites and towers.

You will travel across Arizona, climb towers and rooftops, document work orders, communicate outages and service conditions to customers and internal teams, and support on-call rotations. This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of computers, IP networking, and RF concepts.
• Willingness to travel; training provided for tower and safety.
• Ability to document work orders and communicate clearly with teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer and network sites to install, repair, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Mount antennas, run and terminate cables, and verify signal quality.
• Configure routers, switches, radios, and UPS units as needed.
• Diagnose RF, cabling, power, and IP network issues and escalate when needed.
• Work on rooftops, poles, towers, and other elevated structures.
• Complete work orders, document locations, test results, and customer concerns.
