Job summary

Amentum is seeking casual CONUS Technical/Engineering resources to survey, install, and configure a Wireless Intrusion Detection System at various Fort Bragg locations. Schedule varies; installations are fluid and arranged prior to commitments. Expect climbs to approx.

10 feet, possible scissor lift work, and travel as needed. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in the field, familiarity with low-voltage systems, and strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Ability to work with safety standards and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble antennas/brackets and install above drop ceilings.
• Pull and terminate ethernet cables; transport equipment between buildings.
• Perform fiber optic installation and termination when required.
• Follow all Amentum safety standards and procedures.
• Work with diverse stakeholders in a multilateral environment.
