Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance on water treatment systems for diverse industries. You will work on technologies including media filtration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and ultrafiltration.

You will conduct maintenance and calibrations, consult with customer management and operations teams, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance across site operations. This role offers growth opportunities within Veolia Water Tech.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Industrial, oilfield, refinery, or chemical plants.
• Electrical, chemical, and/or mechanical experience required.
• Excellent mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, online training, EHS reporting).

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities
• Consult with customer management and operation teams
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements
• Enter and complete work orders in Maintenance Program (MaintainX)
• Other duties as assigned
