Job summary

Chem-Aqua, a growth-focused water treatment provider, seeks an Account Manager to service existing customers in the Charleston, SC area. You will perform water testing, advise on treatment plans, and coordinate on-site service visits to ensure optimal boiler and cooling water performance.

Responsibilities include testing, reporting, diagnostics, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires organization, flexibility, and a proactive approach to delivering customized solutions.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the greater Charleston, SC area.
• Experience in the water treatment or related industry is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic field environment.
• Able to pass drug and background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform water testing and sampling as required.
• Communicate, record, and maintain treatment operation information.
• Schedule service and sales calls and provide regular reports.
• Report service calls accurately and promptly.
• Diagnose water treatment equipment and determine corrective actions.
• Provide routine maintenance, inspections, and calibration of system components.
• Identify additional service needs and develop customized solutions for customers.
• Maintain customer chemical inventory and handle related duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
