Job summary

Highmark Companies in Savage, Minnesota, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to be the on-camera face and voice of Highmark. You’ll capture our crews, projects and people in the field and turn them into short-form content that grows our audience, builds credibility with property managers and customers, and drives inbound leads.

You’ll report to our Creative Director. This brand-new role offers the freedom to shape it and make it your own, with opportunities to influence social strategy

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating short-form social content for a brand or personal following.
• A portfolio of your work: videos, social posts, campaigns or channels you've built.
• Comfortable on camera.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and photos from jobsites: before/after, time-lapses, crew and customer spotlights.
• Manage Highmark's social channels day to day, posting to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube on a set calendar.
• Create LinkedIn content aimed at property managers, HOAs and partners that shows how Highmark delivers.
• Respond to comments and messages and route leads to our sales team.
• Help the sales team post and share content on their own LinkedIn profiles.
• Track and report posts, reach, engagement and leads to the Creative Director.
