CapsLock is seeking a Video Operator who blends marketing insight with production craft. You will work with clients, actors, and bloggers to turn plans into high-performing visual content, taking full ownership of on-site execution.

Expect 60–70% travel across the United States as you ensure brand standards and campaign alignment. This hands-on role requires 3+ years in video production, strong camera and lighting skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in video production, filming, or field shooting.
• Hands-on experience with camera equipment, lighting, and on-site production.
• Experience directing on-camera talent and client interaction.
• Ability to organize shoots from start to finish and adapt on-site.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; travel 60–70%.
• Owner professional equipment (DSLR, lighting, stabilizer).
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Execute photo and video shoots for home improvement services with conversion focus.
• Direct actors, homeowners, and on-site talent to deliver persuasive messaging.
• Work with scripts and scenarios for accurate on-camera execution.
• Own on-site production from setup to wrap-up and problem-solving.
• Handle location, schedule, and technical challenges independently.
• Plan travel, equipment, and timelines; ensure brand standards.
• Coordinate freelancers and align output with campaigns and goals.
• Deliver raw assets organized per internal standards and timelines.
