Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is hiring a Vehicle Inventory Rep & Auditor in Bryan, TX. The role involves traveling to dealerships to inventory used vehicle fleets and performing audits of automotive repair facilities. The position offers flexible daytime hours with incentives and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include completing audits, inventory, and accurate data submission. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with self-motivation and good time management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Personal mobile and/or Wi‑Fi Internet access is required for submitting data.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned route and travel up to 25 miles for scheduled audit work.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling.
• Complete monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the assigned deadline, with flexible timing to complete work.
• Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting vehicle and audit information.
• Ensure timely, accurate data is submitted to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
• Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines.
