Cindavi is seeking a Test Engineer to take complex machines from concept to validated performance. You will help shape testing strategies, execute validation plans, and deliver actionable results to improve equipment reliability for demanding field environments.

You will collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, Operations, Sales, and customers to turn performance expectations into concrete tests and documentation, while maintaining hands-on engagement with equipment during testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or related engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in product testing, validation, development, or related engineering roles.
• Strong attention to detail, project leadership, and cross-team communication.
• Ability to translate product requirements into practical test methods and documentation.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating forestry, construction, agricultural, or similar heavy equipment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define product performance expectations, priorities, and validation requirements with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders.
• Develop and execute thorough test and validation plans for components and full equipment systems.
• Coordinate product testing with Engineering and R&D, ensuring resources, timing, and focus.
• Analyze test data, prepare reports for internal and external audiences, and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain testing policies, procedures, and work instructions for consistency and quality.
• Research and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment to support testing.
• Conduct site, customer, and field testing, managing costs and resources.
